Miles, the holy fairy and guardian of the phantom planet, gets kidnap- ped by some evil space pirates. However, just before he is taken away, he manages to give his guardian stone, the phantom gem, to his son Monta. This phantom gem contains magical powers and shows Monta the way to his father. It leads him to the independent spaceship Seers. Tired and fra- gile after his long jouney, Monta gets looked after by the friendly creature Sai. To thank Sai, Monta lends him his magic gem. The Fairy Master Cup has just begun at Seer space station and with the gem’s power, Sai and his Seer Pioneer team win the first round. Proud and grateful, they promise
